EventGuard was founded in April 2026 by a veteran Systems Administrator who grew tired of log management tools built by engineers who had never worked a day on-call. After years of wrestling with bloated SaaS pricing, hidden fees, and tools designed for dashboards rather than actual troubleshooting, the founder decided to build something better.
